I am a very hands on photographer. When I say hands on; I will be there every step of the way to guide you on how to pose and will even place you the way I want you if needed. I don't want you to feel uncomfortable during your session. I love to get to know my clients and am all about talking with them during my sessions. Talk and guide the whole time; that's how I do it! I can't tell you how many times I have heard from clients, "The last photographer we used didn't tell us what to do at all and told us to just act natural. It was so awkward and I felt so uncomfortable the whole time!" This is a fear for a lot of clients and I want you to know that I have you covered. It's all about prompts. Not only will I be telling you how to move but, I will give you prompts during your session to still allow for those candid moments to capture you naturally and authentically. 

On wedding days I am a very, let's get it done type of gal. Meaning, I am very strict about making sure we stay on track with your timeline. Obviously, weddings usually never go as planned and I understand that; however, I will try to make sure we get caught back up as much as we can and that you are not stressing about trying to stay on time; that's my job not yours!

I am a very authentic and real person. I have 3 kids, I am over 30, I have held several positions in different career fields and have experienced all the workplace drama. I want to get to know my clients on a deeper level and get to know them as people. I am not going to show up and give you a different version of myself!!!! I'm 100% me every time I take your photos.If you are looking for an over the top bubbly person that is happy 24/7 that's probably not me because, in reality who is? If you are, you aren't being authentic. If I've had a crazy day with the kids, I might tell you about it. If I achieved a goal and want to shout it from the rooftops, I might tell you about it. If you are having an off day or an amazing day; I want to hear about it! I promise I will be brutally honest; in a good way, and will work my hardest to capture and edit the most amazing photos I can for you. My end goal is to produce something you love!!!
